About A Kentucky Accent

As a lifelong Kentuckian, I love all things about our state. With my family, I set out to create a store that celebrates all things Kentucky with unique products that highlight what makes our state so special including faith, family, friends, lakes, mountains, forests, horse farms and all the things that make Kentucky one of a kind.

In addition to our local flair, we have also created a very distinctive bereavement gift, the Memory Cross. I found that flowers and other sympathy gifts didn't feel like a lasting reminder of loved ones lost, so I came up with The Memory Cross, a gift and a memory that will last for generations. Part of the cross, the center, literally the heart, is buried with the departed, while the family is able hold on to the rest of the keepsake as an ongoing connection to their loved one.
